The Cellar Aldeno has a history of over a centenary, it was founded in 1910, and currently has 350 members for 360 hectares of vineyard. Currently there are 9 fixed employees who increase with seasonal during the harvest period. In 2011, the cellar has taken the path of organic, producing and marketing a third line of Bio wines that since 2013 became Biovegan. The winery is the first in Italy certified ICEA as Biovegan. The philosophy of Bio production and Vegan transformation is a growing segment. The Aldeno Winery market is purely Italian, but in recent years it is expanding in countries such as Germany, Japan, Canada, Austria, the Netherlands and the United States.
