Cantina dei Produttori Nebbiolo Carema

The Cantina dei Nebbiolo di Carema Manufacturers, founded in 1960 by a group of ten farmers all resident there, has developed to become the most qualified point for the production and sale of Carema.
The production area of Carema is limited to the only municipality of the same name with a surface covered in the DOC about 13 hectares. Recognition of DOC dates back to 1967.
The Cantina dei Produttori Nebbiolo di Carema intends, through its products of excellence, to preserve and enhance the wine culture linked to the important vitivinicola activity in the environment that supports it, unique, dominated by the famous terraces on which the vineyards grown on pergola, supported by the characteristic "Pilun" of lime stone.
