Caves Cooperatives de Donnas

In 1971, a group of winegrowers, after obtaining the D.P.R. dated 8-2-1971, the Donnas Wine Denomination of Origin was formed in co-operation with the specific aim of protecting and guaranteeing the quality and genuineness of wine. This Cooperative based in the wine-growing area, equipped with the most modern wine-making facilities and a long line of oak casks for aging, with a capacity of about 1600 hl, provides for grape harvesting, vinification and marketing of wine for an average annual production of 150,000 bottles.
