Respect for nature has led us to certify the biological cultivation technique to get the most from indigenous vines, which have always distinguished viticulture from the Valle d'Aosta and from the very particular wine-growing area. In the cellar we adopt vinification techniques in line with organic practices, succeeding in bottling wines with low content of sulphites.
