La Crotta di Vegneron

The Cooperative La Crotta of Vegneron was founded in 1980 with about 25 members, collecting the grapes of two important production areas named after Chambave originals (including Châtillon, Saint Vincent, Saint Denis and Verrayes) and Nus (which also includes the municipalities of Quart and Fénis). Generations of skilled "Viticulteurs" have always been committed to obtaining the highest quality from our vines and from our slopes. Vineyards that are part of the cooperative often manage small property, spread over a territory where it is not always possible to implement a rational mechanization of vineyard operations, with the consequent increase in working hours.
