Associazione Produttori Ribolla Gialla di Oslavia

The Ribolla Gialla Association of Oslavia groups together 6 producers from Oslavia (Collio Goriziano), who have joined forces to protect and promote the Ribolla Gialla vine that has been grown in this area for more than 50 years. On the terraced (marly clay) soils of the hills, this vine finds the best habitat for expressing itself at its best. In addition, the Association aims to promote the winemaking philosophy that includes more or less long macerations. The phenomenon of "Orange wines" was born in Oslavia thanks to the producers of the Association Ribolla di Oslavia!
