The Institut Agricole Régional is at the same time a technical-professional school, a farm, and a research center. Known primarily for its wine, fruit and dairy industry, the institute strengthened its research by investing significant resources in the characterization and enhancement of land products, biodiversity conservation and the study of factors affecting quality , food security and the typical regional farming productions. In this sense, the vineyards and the experimental cellar dedicated to canonical J. Vaudan are a precious and original reality serving the triple formation of future young winemakers, experimenting with modern wine techniques and producing innovative and original quality wines.
